How many times have you made an appointment, only to have that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach... "Now what do I do?!"
One of the biggest things I have learned in the nearly 18 years of doing this business is the value of practice. No matter where you got the lead, from a Yellow letter, a MLS deal, a Bandit sign, or from a friend, knowing what to say, can often make the difference between winning and losing a contract.
With the market appreciating in many markets around the country, I am sure that you, like me, have experienced the market competition. When the potential gain from a transaction can mean literally thousands of dollars in your pocket, doesn't it make sense to give yourself and your family every opportunity to win that contract?
Weekly role play can be tedious and boring at times. However, it can also be exciting, and a great way to learn. Here is what I am proposing to you. Because I am committed to making sure you and your business grows, and has the best chance of survival, I am willing to invest the time to give you individualized script training. Here is my proposal.
I will commit to train you for 45 minutes on scripts from our script books. Here are some of the areas that my One on One's frequently request help in:
- If Agent, how to "Not Drop the Egg" when talking to a prospect who may also potentially be a listing candidate.
- How to address Price and Pricing (Make sure you don't get thrown out on your ear... again!)
- Prospecting Scripts (The HOW you say things often makes the difference!)
- Lead Follow-up Scripts (Who is a real lead vs. a tire kicker? I'll show you how!)
Of course, the most favorite topic is Presentations! (The "What to Say" when you get in the door!)
To ensure you will learn what I am trying to teach you so that you can replicate your business, I will also give you simple homework that is related to the scripts to make sure you start earning while you are learning! During the week, I will contact you for a quick 15 minute follow-up call to help answer any "real-life" questions!
This ideally would be for not more than 4 weeks, but you can go on a weekly basis if you choose.
Why am I doing this? Because I believe that if you know what to say, you will have the confidence to perform your job at the highest level. Hopefully, when you are doing well, you will consider other training products or our Coaching programs.
